Food Management and Safe Preparation
The Club is involved in many aspects of food preparation. It is mandatory that all members involved in preparing food, whether for meetings or with the barbecue trailer hold Food Preparation Certificates. For those who did have those qualifications, the Club held a Food Safety Course with an accredited trainer over two weeks. Over 90% of club members are now certified to prepare food.
