Join us on Monday 10th November 2014 in celebrating the achievements of the Umoja Orphanage Kenya over the past 12 months.

Everybody welcome

Our presentation will pictorially show recent developments and we will speak directly with Cathy Booth, founder of the Umoja Orphanage during the dinner via SKYPE.

You can participate by attending the dinner and making a donation towards the cause or you can donate via our direct transfer account set for this specific purpose.  All donations will be acknowledged.

Have you ever wondered what happens when you donate money to these far flung places, does your cash actually get there? Is it used for the right purpose? The answers to these and any other questions you may have can and will be answered on the night. Our Club’s involvement began in 2013 when 2 of our people volunteered with Umoja in Kenya; they assisted in the building of a fence around the site.

Enquiries from new volunteers for December 2014 and April 2015 are very welcome.
