Perth based Developer, Devwest Group will be developing a new outlet centre in the commercial precinct at Parafield Airport, fronting Main North Road, construction commencing Q4 2019
Development Director and Co-Owner at Devwest, Mr Lovett, will be at the breakfast to present the journey so far, after initially looking at the site almost 4 years ago. He will explain what stakeholders and customers alike can expect when the centre opens early in 2021.
His discussion will include design, demographics, demand, procurement, construction timing and quantum of development.
The company reached a key project milestone on 30 June 2019 when the site was officially handed over from the airport to the developer.

On booking we are now asking for payment with credit card normally $A25
(made up of $A22.50 + $2.50 to cover credit card fees). If you register your details online below and hit “continue” and then “register” you will be taken to the encrypted Paypal portal where you can pay by Paypal or credit card (you don’t need a Paypal account to pay with credit card). Unfortunately, there are no refunds on cancellation in the last 14 days prior to events or non-attendance at events as we are liable for catering costs based on your booking.Payment on arrival will be normally $A 35 (cash or credit card).
We also reserve the right to invoice people booked who don’t attend.
