Rob has been a highly successful Business Mentor/Coach for the last 20 years and has been with the Polaris since 2009.

Prior to helping other businesses, Rob was Owner of Adform Products (the manufacturer of the original MiniSkaff), Alulite Windows and a director of an Investment Bank. He is a former Director of SA Small Business Corp and Commissioner with SGIC.

Rob has won a number of national awards and received an Order of Australia Award (OAM) for services to small business.

“Taking opportunities to diversify and grow your business”

As the CEO, Andrew has had a key role in diversifying SAFCOL’s business as one of the world’s major suppliers of fresh, packaged and frozen seafood, to also being the 2nd largest producer of canned soups and producing their own baby food.

Andrew has been CEO at SAFCOL for over 6 years.

He started in his late teens as a trainee manager at Woolworths progressing to Store manager before embarking on a career in Sales and Marketing managing household brands such as Nescafe, Milo, Golden Circle, Sunbeam fruits and Angas Park progressing to General management roles. He took over as CEO at SAFCOL at a time when SAFCOL was struggling to adjust to the modern business environment. Now with the support of a strong executive team SAFCOL is now growing strongly both in revenue and profit and has a very positive future based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide
